WeWork is the leading website for recruiting in the Greek job market. We empower employment through every product, service or initiative we produce and support. With more than 24 years of experience in the Greek job market, an extensive network of partners, continuous candidate surveys and the vast majority of companies operating in Greece being our clients, we have one clear mission: to match the perfect candidate with the right job. WeWork is expanding, therefore we are looking for a talented Product designer to join our Product Team. 

About the design team

At WeWork design team, we share some common traits in our day-to-day work. We are always curious, creative and experimental. We are constantly challenging and reinventing things, following the company's vision to change the way hiring is operating. Besides visualising the change, we are working daily on creating the next era of hiring software; A complete product that can support and serve both the job seeker and the employer from the beginning of the hiring journey until the bittersweet farewell.

Individually we are passionate about our work’s impact, that’s why we contribute from the very first step of defining the problem, until the shipping of the product features. We are making mistakes (who doesn’t), we are open to feedback and we don’t say “I don’t know” but “I want to learn it”. As part of a scrum team we collaborate and sync with the product owners and the development team, making sure we are focusing on the work that matters.
