We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead .NET to join our dynamic software development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of .NET applications, ensuring high-quality deliverables and fostering best practices within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers to deliver robust software solutions.
- Architect, design, and develop scalable .NET applications.

- Identify and resolve technical challenges and bottlenecks.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a .NET developer with leadership responsibilities.
- Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and related frameworks.
- Solid understanding of software design patterns and principles.
- Experience with SQL Server and database design.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
